Jalapeno Jack Polenta

Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, Grated
- 8 -12 ounces jalapeno jack cheese, Grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (Adjust)
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Directions
- 1 Heat the Water to a simmer in a medium saucepan; gradually pour the Cornmeal into the Water while stirring constantly; Cook over low heat, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon, until the polenta pulls away from the sides of the pan, 25 \u2013 30 minutes.
- 2 Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the Parmesan and Jack Cheeses, Salt and Pepper.
- 3 Serve immediately.
