Asparagus With Ham and Eggs

Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 4 slices ham (approx 4 oz)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 ounces butter, melted

Directions

  • 1 Break off tough ends of the asparagus and cook until tender, drain.
  • 2 Meanwhile chop the ham and egg finely.
  • 3 Put asparagus on a serving plate and garnish with the chopped ham and eggs.
  • 4 Serve with the melted butter in a jug on the side.
