Creamy Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli carrots cauliflower mix
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton spreadable cream cheese with vegetables
  • 1/2-1 cup seasoned croutons

Directions

  • 1 Prpeare vegetables according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
  • 2 Stir in soup and cream cheese.
  • 3 Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish.
  • 4 Sprinkle with croutons.
  • 5 Bake uncovered at 375 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
