Jalapeno Jack Polenta

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, Grated
  • 8 -12 ounces jalapeno jack cheese, Grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (Adjust)
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

  • 1 Heat the Water to a simmer in a medium saucepan; gradually pour the Cornmeal into the Water while stirring constantly; Cook over low heat, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon, until the polenta pulls away from the sides of the pan, 25 \u2013 30 minutes.
  • 2 Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the Parmesan and Jack Cheeses, Salt and Pepper.
  • 3 Serve immediately.
