Beer Sausages in Beer Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Polish sausage, cooked
  • 1 cup beer
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish

Directions

  • 1 Cut cooked sausages into 1/2 inch slices.
  • 2 In skillet combine sausage and beer. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
  • 3 Stir in vinegar, horseradish and mustard. Add to sausages. Cook and stir until bubbly.
  • 4 Keep warm and serve warm using toothpicks.
