Beer Sausages in Beer Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Polish sausage, cooked
- 1 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
Directions
- 1 Cut cooked sausages into 1/2 inch slices.
- 2 In skillet combine sausage and beer. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
- 3 Stir in vinegar, horseradish and mustard. Add to sausages. Cook and stir until bubbly.
- 4 Keep warm and serve warm using toothpicks.
