Maple Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/2-1 cup walnuts, chopped coarsely
  • 9 cups plain popped popcorn

Directions

  • 1 Heat maple syrup over medium heat until syrup reaches 236 degrees F. on a candy thermometer.
  • 2 Lightly oil large mixing bowl.
  • 3 Mix popcorn, nuts and syrup with lightly-oiled spoon.
  • 4 When mixture cools, break off and eat.
