Mediterranean Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • 2 small ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • 2 Chill for 1 hour.
  • 3 Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
