Sausage Onion Chili

Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed French onion soup, undiluted
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  • 1 In a large saucepan cook meats until no longer pink.
  • 2 Drain.
  • 3 Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • 4 Bring to a boil.
  • 5 Reduce heat, cook and stir for 10-15 minutes or until thickened.
