Creamy Mushroom Sauce for Steaks

Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups whipping cream

Directions

  • 1 Saute mushrooms in butter in a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • 2 Add whipping cream and mix well.
  • 3 Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • 4 Bring to a rolling boil, stirring occasionaly.
  • 5 Boil until mixture is reduced by 1/2.
  • 6 Serve with your favorite steak and enjoy!
