Hot Spinach Dip With Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 -8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 -3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions

  • 1 Drain spinach.
  • 2 Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
  • 3 Spoon into a greased shallow 1 quart baking dish.
  • 4 Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • 5 Serve with crackers.
