House Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 scallion, minced finely
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Directions
- 1 Stir salt into vinegars.
- 2 Add mustard and pepper.
- 3 Whisk swiftly while adding oil continue till everything is well incorporated.
- 4 Finally add garlic, scallions, and parsley till all are well blended.
- 5 Store in fridge till ready to serve.
