Kahlua Fudge Sauce

Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
  • 1 tablespoon coffee-flavored liqueur

Directions

  • 1 Over a double boiler* on low heat, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter.
  • 2 Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
  • 3 Remove from heat, stir in coffee liqueur.
  • 4 Serve warm.
  • 5 *Can also be melted in the microwave on a low temperature, stirring occasionally and being sure not to burn the chocolate.
