Kahlua Fudge Sauce
Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
- 1 tablespoon coffee-flavored liqueur
Directions
- 1 Over a double boiler* on low heat, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter.
- 2 Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
- 3 Remove from heat, stir in coffee liqueur.
- 4 Serve warm.
- 5 *Can also be melted in the microwave on a low temperature, stirring occasionally and being sure not to burn the chocolate.
