Bavarian Strawberry Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding (or cheesecake, or white chocolate)
  • 1 3/4 cups milk

Directions

  • 1 Puree strawberries with sugar and water.
  • 2 Prepare pudding, using 1 3/4 cups of cold milk, and beat until mixture begins to get thick.
  • 3 Fold in berry mixture.
  • 4 Pour into molds or cups and freeze.
