Dutch Funnel Cake

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 2 2/3 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- powdered sugar
- oil (for frying)
Directions
- 1 Beat eggs, add milk and beat again.
- 2 Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- 3 add egg mixture and beat until smooth.
- 4 Heat oil to 400 degrees.
- 5 Pour 1/2 cup of batter into a funnel.
- 6 let batter drizzle into hot oil starting at the center and expanding in a circular motion, criss-crossing with the last bit of batter.
- 7 brown on both sides.
- 8 drain on paper towels.
- 9 sprinkle with powdered sugar.
