Peach and Spices Soup

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1/4 cup peach, chopped
Directions
- 1 Mix cold milk, cornstarch, sugar, and spices.
- 2 Bring ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly (very important if you want a creamy/not-lumpy result).
- 3 Gently boil about 2 minutes.
- 4 Lower heat and add peaches, allowing them to become warm*.
- 5 Remove from heat and enjoy the soothing creaminess!
- 6 *Optional: With a hand blender, puree to a smooth consistency.
