Genoa Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) can tuna in vegetable oil, drained and oil reserved
- 1 cup cooked sliced potato
- 1 cup cooked cut green beans
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions
- 1 Combine the tuna through the celery.
- 2 Combine the tuna oil with the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; stir into the mayonnaise.
- 3 Combine the dressing with the tuna mixture.
- 4 Chill at least 30 minutes.
