Sweet Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter or 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar or 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- 1 Place carrots in a covered microwave dish.
- 2 Put in about 2 Tablespoons water.
- 3 Cover and microwave on high about 3 to 5 minutes.
- 4 Drain water.
- 5 Add the brown sugar, butter, vinegar and salt.
- 6 Toss until butter is melted and carrots are coated.
